*CF meetings are held every Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. CST.

1. CF members and all guests should treat other players with respect at all times, including:
1. Refraining from using vulgar language
2. Not accusing other players of hacking / cheating in the server, (please ask to speak privately in our public teamspeak to an admin if you have a concern regarding another player – do not type it in the server).
3. Refraining from resorting to name calling – some players have playful relationships with each other, as in the classic Vennie defamation of “You dirty dog!” This type of gentle teasing is usually not a problem. We are referring to more abusive name calling such as “Fag!” or “Dumb ass!” or "Noob". If a player is not playing appropriately (as in camping or not melting), please address the behavior by asking the player to modify his play style to follow game protocol.
If the player refuses or ignores the request, please seek the assistance of an admin.
2. Please be tolerant of other people’s views / sensitivities. Do not choose game
names / Elgbot taunts with phrases such as “George Bush is an idiot!” or “Die Libs!” CF servers are not the place to promote your personal political / social views.
Game Play
1. Please follow the protocol for different game types:
1. In a freeze tag server, camping is not acceptable. You should be moving and melting your teammates.
2. In a freeze tag server, you should prioritize melting above killing, particularly as your team count drops. You may have to sacrifice a higher score for the survivability of your team.
3. We do not allow players to go on the roofs or in glitch areas behind walls. If you want to show people spots like that go find another server. Here at CF we want our servers to be clean & fair.
2. Our servers offer access to all weapons on many maps. Please do not complain if you do not like a player’s choice of weapon. We as a clan have decided to offer
these choices, and the appropriate place to request a change is in a clan meeting, not by calling another player a “Newbie” because he is in the mood to use a rocket.
3. Please do not bash / shoot at your own teammates. This practice often interferes with players’ abilities to hear approaching enemy / concentrate on the game.
4. If you are going to be AFK (away from keyboard) please go into SPECTATE Mode. Frequent abuse of this rule can & may result in kick from the server.
Teamspeak – All members must use Teamspeak 3 and have a working microphone!
1. All members should be connected to Teamspeak 3when in the game. Please choose the corresponding Teamspeak channel for the server you want to play in.
2. When you enter Teamspeak, please greet the other players with “Hello everyone.
This is _______.” Many people do not have TS overlay and would like to know who is in TS.
3. Please do not dominate conversation in Teamspeak. The more people there are in Teamspeak, the less any one player should be talking. A full Teamspeak channel is usually a lot of fun unless it gets too loud / confusing to follow.
Chain of Command (Note: This section was not written by an admin.)
1. No, this clan is not a regimented branch of the armed forces; however, please show respect to the decisions / requests of our admins. They must make decisions that are good in the long-term for the whole clan, and they usually know more about a given situation than many other members do. If you have a question / problem with a decision from an admin, please speak to him/her privately. It is not appropriate to hassle anybody in front of other players, so please do not do so to an admin either.
2. If you would like a rule change / server modification, please bring this up on meeting day to an admin or ask to speak at the officers’ meeting before the general meeting.
